I’ve always liked Sam Rockwell (Frost/Nixon, The Green Mile) he’s always done a great job portraying a pretty wide range of characters. This new film Moon, directed by Duncan Jones (who is incidentally David Bowie’s son) looks pretty interesting, it warms my heart to see new sci-fi films that deal with the psychological side of space travel, the film seems like it was produced on a relatively low budget, and its only about 97 minutes long – I’m expecting this to feel like an extended Twilight Zone episode, watching the trailer made me think of all of those mind-fuck Twilight Zone episodes where spacemen crash on planets and kill eachother only to find they’ve actually landed on Earth – bad craziness. Moon hits theaters this summer, going into limited release June 12th.
