So it appears Apple has just redone the Shuffle. I personaly love my shuffle. I use it in my car every day and it makes driving a lot easier. The new one boasts some pretty interesting features.
First off it is now HALF the size of the one I own. Secondly, as you can see, it has no buttons to change the music. How do you change songs? The headphones. While I think that is cool idea I also think it’s a pretty shitty one too. What happens if you hate the apple headphones like most people do? Not to mention that most people complain about the shuffle being too small… so now you make it half the size? Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty sick to fit 4gbs in something that small but come on…
They also added voice over. With the touch of the one button that is on there you can get the name of the song and artist. It also tells you when your battery is getting low. You can get more info at the link:

This ipod is lame. They should have kept the pricepoint lower. I love my sansa clip a lot more than my shuffle.

Yea, I got a chance to check it out in person today. Impressed by the size of it but it’s not practical at all. I’ll stick with my current Shuffle .
